Octavio Diaz, owner of Agave Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar serves the best tequila and mezcal. He personally travels to the villages in Oaxaca and buys at the source. Each day, owner Octavio Diaz’s mother is in the kitchen making mole negro by hand with Oaxacan ingredients he brings from their homeland several times a year - chocolate, spices and chili.
